Shipping Costs

 

Most orders at BathroomHits.com ship within 1 to 5 business days! Here’s how it works:

  • A flat shipping rate of $ 6.10 applies for orders under $50.

  • Orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping

Along with the price of an item being an indicator of free shipping, we also message “FREE Shipping” wherever it applies. Keep an eye out for it underneath the price of the product while browsing and next to the image(s) on the product page.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, any associated shipping costs will be listed in Cart, alongside the pricing details, and during checkout.

 

Exceptions

 

Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Due to shipping constraints, non-standard items such as flooring or specific large fixtures might not be eligible for free shipping.

 

Sales Tax

 

Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.

 

 

Shipping Types

 

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in cart.

Items are divided into two categories for shipping:

Small Items

  • Sent via UPS or FedEx.

  • Packages less than 150 lbs.

Large Items

  • Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.

  • Typically take one to three weeks for delivery.

 

Exceptions

 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Shop@BathroomHits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Large Appliance Return Policy

 

You can return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not yet been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee.

Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:

1) Scan the box for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.


 

Damages and issues 
 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

Exchanges 
 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds 
 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
